How does the process work?
Four steps. You complete a five-minute intake form with your route, dates, cabin, and points. We search award charts and pricing systems for the strongest options. You approve an itinerary and total. We book it and deliver your confirmation.
What does it cost?
A $25 search fee starts every request and is credited toward your booking total. Booking fees are flat and published on our Pricing page. Domestic award bookings run $40 to $130 and international bookings run $85 to $550 depending on cabin and trip type. If we find no suitable flight, you owe nothing beyond the $25.
What are my points actually worth?
It depends entirely on how they are redeemed. Booked poorly, most points return around 1 cent each. Booked strategically, the same points can return 3 to 5 cents or more in premium cabins. One recent client flew business class to Bangkok at 2.9 cents per point of value.
Do you need access to my accounts?
In most cases, no. Many bookings can be completed with you at the final step. When direct booking saves you money or secures scarce seats, we walk you through a secure handoff and never store credentials.
How fast can you book?
Standard requests are typically searched within one to two business days. Urgent departures inside 72 hours are available with a $100 urgent booking add-on.
What happens if you cannot find a suitable flight?
You pay nothing beyond the $25 search fee. That guarantee keeps our incentives aligned with yours: we only win when you fly.
